나같은 경우는 이클립스가 종종 강종되어버려서(ㅠ_____ㅠ) 그럴 때마다 보는 에러인데,

이 경우에는 아무리 톰캣 삭제하고 다시해도 소용이없다. 8080을 비정상적으로 종료된(것 같지만 안된)애가 쓰고있어서 ㅠㅠ

Mac의 경우

sudo lsof -i: 8080

sudo kill  'pid'

를 해주고 다시 실행하면 해결된다!
